- Condition of the Cards: The cards must be in its original, undamaged condition. We do not accept returns for cards that have been damaged during use or handling.

- Pack the cards securely in its original packaging along with the proof of purchase.
- Ship the package to our designated address, ensuring it reaches us within the 30-day refund window.
The customer is responsible for any incurred shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned cards, we will process your refund promptly. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.
